In the European Theatre Night 2011 participated seven countries: Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovakia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia and Austria. In Croatia the European Theatre Night was held in 27 cities in 70 theaters where they performed 119 theatre plays and 40 different side programs visited by 40 000 visitors.
In Slovakia the event was held at 9 cities, 28 theaters and institutions, where they performed 58 theatre plays in which enjoyed 10 000 visitors.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina the event was held at 18 cities in 36 theaters and institutions, where they performed 42 theatre plays with 21 different side programs visited by 10 000 theatre fans.
After a successful pilot project in Montenegro event spread in 6 cities, 7 theaters, where they performed 10 theatre plays and offered 5 different side programs for 2 000 visitors.
For the first time in the project joined the Republic of Austria, with the coordinator IG Kultur and IG Freie Theaterarbeit from Vienna, and thus European Theatre Night was held at 6 Austrian cities, in which participated 32 theaters with 35 theatre plays and 12 different side programs visited by 5 500 people.
National Coordinator for the Republic of Slovenia is Gledališče Glej from Ljubljana who organized the event in 7 cities and 17 theaters, where 1 600 visitors watched 13 theatre plays and 5 different side programs.
In the Republic of Serbia Network Media from Belgrade organized the event in 20 cities and 21 theater and theatrical institution.
